Return and Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to love your online purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@getcompletecare.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@getcompletecare.com and send your item to: 3535 Briarpark Drive Houston Texas US 77042.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to: 3535 Briarpark Drive Houston Texas US 77042. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
